It’s awesome – the color palette and attention to block details, all coming together! Great job – did you like the Challenge as a vehicle for creating?
BTW: I’ve started stitching two of three Cookie Plate Crumb Catchers. I’m enjoying this little project you introduced me to – thanks, Laura!

I have a love/hate relationship with this challenge, Laura! Ha, ha! It is indeed a great vehicle for gaining confidence in both piecing skills and value choices, but the commitment to a year is also a challenge.
You are going to share the three crumb catchers in a post, right? I wanna see them! 🙂

Remember, I’m a slow stitcher (turtle)…I may end up eating those crumbs before they get caught! HA! But yeah, for you I will!

Is it just me, or have the blocks gotten more complicated? Great job!

Kathryn has actually done a good job of integrating the more complicated blocks with the simpler ones. I am grateful for that! After a few sessions with Jack, I need a simple block or two! 🙂

Oh yeah…I am getting excited for the finish! You got me into this, but it has been worth it! I may never have done this color combination without this project to push me! Thanks for the inspiration! 🙂

Can I have this quilt????? Are you paper piecing, or traditional drive yourself nuts like me and cut and sew! It is so unique – the color way…. Love it. Hugs

Not paper piecing! I would probably have more precise results, but I wouldn’t be motivated. Thank you, Nanette! 🙂
