Back in March, Judy, the Virtual Quilter, posted Virtual Quilt Challenge #5.
We were to select a block from the EQ Library and play with it. We are learning to create applique designs!
Judy gave more examples here and here.
I wish I had more time, because this is a really fun challenge! As I play, more ideas keep coming, but this will have to do for now.
I chose to work with the block that is in the upper left square.
I am saving this file so that I can come back and play!

I wish I had time for that challenges. It looks fun and helps build skills. A win all around.

Exactly, Donna! Building skills and having fun while doing it! I hear ya about the time factor! I am usually behind on projects, but I am trying to make the most of it. This challenge really deserves more play time!

I really need to do what you are doing, but then it takes away from my other hobby – Quilting! LOL. You are doing great and admire you for taking the time to learn EQ! I do not use the software like I should – lazy I guess!

We need to pick our challenges, Nanette! I wouldn’t do some of the projects that you are doing! Ha, ha!

I hate to say this, Laura, but you are well on the way to being addicted to trying just one more idea!
I love the flower you started with, and I am going to play with multi flower heads on one stem … like your second to last one! Well done!
