Coneflower Applique Pattern

I am offering a free pattern of an appliqued coneflower that I designed in 2010.

The original design was created for a raffle quilt for the Washington State Quilters-Spokane Chapter.

This is the block:

And this is the quilt (the block is in the center of the quilt):

This pattern could be used for pillows, totes, and other projects.  I am not including instructions with the pattern.  You choose your favorite applique method.

You can find the pattern by clicking on the Freebies tab above the header.

  1. Laura,

Love your block and the quilt is a stunner! Love the combination of Log Cabin background for the appliques, and yours deserves the centre spot, but some other nice appliques around it.

    • The guild actually made two black and white quilts (we called them Fred and Ginger), plus pillows. And they were stunning quilts! I had nothing to do with the placement of the blocks…it was a shocking and fun surprise to see mine in the center.

  2. I love the look of the cornflower on this blockl

I love hearing from you!
